Let’s BUST SOME MYTHS about adult piano lessons!

“I’m too old to take up something as difficult as a new instrument.”

Learning a new instrument when you’re older can be daunting but it’s one of the best things you can do for your brain and mental health. You just need to find music you like at an appropriate level and learn how to break it down into digestible bits.

“I didn’t enjoy piano lessons when I was a child, so I won’t enjoy them now.”

People commonly have unpleasant memories about practicing and performing when they were kids. In my studio my number one goal is to make lessons fun and comfortable. I’m here to help you find music to play without any pressure.

“I don’t have the time to learn a new instrument.”

Learning piano can fit your schedule. For beginners, no more than half an hour a day will be enough. Life happens. Don’t let it stop you from treating yourself to a fun new hobby!
